Three moves and their evolution requirements
Use the English upgrade names below to match the cards in your run. Each move needs only its own matching upgrade, not all three upgrade types.
These requirements were checked against the game’s source revision 5bbc3b2 and its English move list on October 18, 2026. They describe move evolution, not Pokémon evolution.
| Base move | Evolved move | Move level | Upgrade taken in this run |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ember | Fire Blast | 5 | Power at least once — the +10% damage card. |
| Bubble | Surf | 5 | Sprint at least once — the +7% movement-speed card. |
| Razor Leaf | Leaf Storm | 5 | Reflexes at least once — the −8% cooldown card. |

Use the checker with your current run
Choose the move, enter its current level, and enter how many times you have taken its matching upgrade in this run. Enter 0 if you have not taken that upgrade. Leave a field blank if you do not know; an unknown value does not count as a met requirement.
Use the already-evolved option only if you have actually obtained the evolved move. The checker uses the information you enter here. It does not read or change your game save.
You can also check by hand using the table above. The move level and the matching run upgrade must both satisfy the listed requirement.
Which upgrades count?
Power, Sprint and Reflexes count when you select the matching stat-upgrade card during the current run. Permanent partner upgrades bought outside the run do not replace this requirement, even when they improve the same stat.
The order does not matter: you may take the stat upgrade before or after the move reaches level 5. Taking it once in the run is enough for this part of the evolution requirement.
If a level-5 move is still missing its upgrade, the game includes that upgrade among the candidates for level-up cards. It is not guaranteed to appear in the very next set of cards.
After the requirements are met
Meeting both requirements makes an evolution card eligible. It does not change the move automatically; choose the gold evolution card to apply the evolution.
When at least one evolution is ready, the next level-up offer includes the first ready evolution. If several moves are ready at once, that guaranteed card may be for a different move. The remaining cards are selected from the other candidates.
The checker confirms prerequisites for the move you selected. It cannot promise that this move will occupy the guaranteed evolution slot when another move is also ready.
Three example checks
Compare these example inputs with your own run to see whether to keep upgrading the move, take its matching upgrade, or look for the evolution card.
| Example input | Result | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Ember level 4; Power taken once. | The upgrade requirement is met, but the move is one level short. | Raise Ember to level 5. The Power card already taken in this run counts. |
| Bubble level 5; Sprint taken 0 times. | The move level is met; Sprint is still missing. | Take Sprint when it is offered. Being in the candidate pool does not guarantee it in the next offer. |
| Razor Leaf level 5; Reflexes taken once. | Both prerequisites for Leaf Storm are met. | Choose the Leaf Storm evolution card when offered. If several evolutions are ready, the first guaranteed card may be for another move. |

Version and scope
This guide covers JPTER78’s PokéSurvivor at pokesurvivor.com. The rules were verified in source revision 5bbc3b2, with names checked against the original English move list, on October 18, 2026.
This is a source-checked reference. We have not recorded a playthrough obtaining all three evolutions. The checker covers Ember, Bubble and Razor Leaf before they evolve; it is not a complete move database or a prediction of every card in your next offer.
Other game versions and similarly named games may use different rules. Use the original move list for moves outside this checker’s scope.
