Set up a shared race

Choose Start game above, then follow the game’s Play or Continue game screens. Select Solo if you are playing alone, or Versus for two players on the same computer.

For a shared race, choose Versus and then Arcade. Use the arrows under P1 and P2 to pick the cars, and press Validate. The car screen also shows the computer opponents.

On the next screen, choose a difficulty and use the track arrows to select a course. Easy on Cactus County is a useful first setup for learning the controls. Press Start to reach the split-screen race; the lap display shows progress through three laps.

Two players, two sets of keys

Click inside the game before using the keyboard. The left half follows player one; the right half follows player two. Both players use one computer, so this is a local shared-keyboard race.

Player two’s default respawn key is numpad 1. If your keyboard has no number pad, open the game’s Input settings to check the bindings before racing. A phone touchscreen does not supply the steering keys used by this edition.

Scroll across the table if any columns are off screen.

Recover a car or take a break

Ease off the acceleration and brake before a tight bend, then make small steering corrections. If a car leaves the road or gets stuck against scenery, use that player’s respawn key.

Escape opens a pause menu with Resume, Quit, Restart and settings. Input shows both players’ current controls. Resume returns to the race; Quit asks you to confirm leaving it.

Use a desktop or laptop keyboard and enough room to see both halves of the screen. The Full screen control above the player can enlarge the race while keeping the site’s Exit game control available.

Opening the game and leaving a race

OnlineGames.io delivers the game after Start game. It may show its own loading screen, promotions or advertisements before the menu or when leaving a race. Wait for the provider’s next control instead of repeatedly pressing Start.

Use Game not loading? for Reload or the official game link if the window stays blank. Exit game closes the embedded window; it is separate from the in-game pause menu. This site cannot back up or restore a race or the provider’s saved progress.

FreezeNova’s official publisher edition

OnlineGames.io identifies FreezeNova as the developer of Mini Cars Racing and supplies this game through its official website-embedding feed. The game, its artwork, audio, branding and advertisements come from the provider.

Play Games Daily supplies the surrounding page, controls and an original decorative cover. The cover is an illustration, not a game screenshot. The provider can update the game independently of these notes.
